Dear IBPS applied candidates,
All of us have lot of dreams about bank jobs and i was so excited when i passed the IBPS PO exam. But i didn’t receive interview from not even a single bank. I have done an analysis and i have collected data from all banks. It was shocking to see many candidates are selected in multiple banks.

i have mentioned the Roll Nos which are selected in different banks.
2 candidates got selection in 8 banks
8 candidates got selection in 7 banks
47 candidates got selection in 6 banks
116 candidates got selection in 5 banks
276 candidates got selection in 4 banks
682 candidates got selection in 3 banks
1632 candidates got selection in 2 banks
4692 candidates got selection in 1 bank.
Total No of vacancies filled by bank-12,033
Total No of candidates selected-7455
See,only 7455 candidates occupied these 12,033 position.
Due to this Multiple selections, we loss 4578 vacancies.
Its is data for only 10 banks, we have to wait for the rest.
Again the banks only gain in this, because, they will do another recruitment and collect Rs.200 from each candidate.
Banking sector is an intelligent sector. Why they should not do these types of analysis.
